New thinking in truck bed and tool box storage and organization

Simple, Quick Installation

The DAMAR TruckDeck can be installed as quickly as 15 minutes and removed from the truck in under 5 minutes!

Step 1

Attach corner leg supports (Figure 1) to the outer structural frame members with the supplied bolts and wing nuts (Figure 2).

Step 3

Position the first half of the TruckDeck into its correct horizontal orientation (Figure 5), and use the center leg support to hold the TruckDeck in position (Figure 6).

Step 4

Lift the remaining TruckDeck half into the truck (Figure 7) and move it into position lowering the center seam onto the center leg support (Figure 8).

Step 5

Secure the two halves of the TruckDeck together by fastening the two inner frame members together through the predrilled holes with the supplied bolts and wing nuts (Figure 9). Place the front and rear structural support members at each end of the TruckDeck (Figure 10).

Step 6

Fasten the forward structural support to the underside of the TruckDeck (Figure 11), then secure the rear frame member with the supplied bolts and wing nuts (Figure 12).

Step 7

Install the rear hatch by aligning the predrilled holes with the preinstalled hinges on the TruckDeck and secure with included bolts and wing nuts (Figure 13). Attach the rear hatch gas springs to the ball studs on the hatch door and on the rear support (Figure 14).

Step 8

Secure the fully assembled TruckDeck to your truck by connecting the turnbuckles to your factory installed tie-downs (Figure 15). The TruckDeck should have approximately 0.25” of separation from the bed walls around the entire perimeter. Once your TruckDeck is securely fastened you are ready to place your Load-N-Go containers and hit the road (Figure 16)!

Center Support

The center leg functions not only as an installation aide but can be left in place for added strength when a larger load capacity is needed on top of the CargoDeck.
